And the new affordable homeware buys comes just days after Dollar Tree made a major shelf change.

Only recently, a Dollar Tree shopper came across a hidden sign indicating that a price jump was on its way.
The sign, alerting fans to a new $1.75 price tag, sparked fears that the increase would hit multiple Dollar Tree sections.
But now, Dollar General has come to the rescue with numerous home essentials for just $1.
So if your wallet is feeling the pinch, fear not.
One Dollar General shopper was left stunned when browsing the aisles in her local store, when she spotted plenty of buys that are now priced at just $1.
Stunned with her finds, Kimberly Mich took to social media to alert others to the bargains, leaving many open-mouthed.
Posting under the username @lovekimrizzo, Kimberly questioned: “Is Dollar General cheaper than Dollar Tree?”
She then gave her followers a look around the Dollar General store and was particularly stunned by the chain’s selection of faux flowers.
Showing off the variety of cheap options, she explained: “Dollar General has florals for only $1.”
She then added: “Granted the stock at the store isn’t as good as Dollar Tree, I will say that, but you can still get the florals here for only $1, which is amazing.”
Not only this, but Kimberly also spotted homeware signs for just $1, which are available in a variety of different styles and colours.
As well as this, she then found craft beads, pom poms and feathers, all of which are just $1.
Dollar Tree pricing
Despite the name of the store, Dollar Tree recently added items that cost more than $1 to its inventory.
Most items at the store cost no more than $1.25, but items in the Dollar Tree Plus section cost up to $5.
Dollar Tree introduced Plus aisles to 100 locations in 2019 as part of an effort to diversify its products.
By 2022, Dollar Tree had added the items to over 1,500 locations.
“We believe testing additional price points above $1 for Dollar Tree products will enable us over time to expand our assortments, introduce new products and meet more of our customers’ everyday needs,” president and CEO Michael Witynski said in a statement.
“Our brand promise is that customers get great value for what they spend at Dollar Tree. We will continue to be fiercely protective of that promise, regardless of the price point.”
Even the party bags are $1, as she added: “It also looks like their gift bags are all $1 which is amazing.”
And if you’re planning on throwing a birthday party any time soon, you’re sure to be thrilled when you see what you can find on the cheap.

There’s tissue paper, bows, paper plates and napkins, also only $1 each.
And that’s not all, as there’s also number birthday candles and balloons for $1 too.
After showing off the cheap buys, Kimberly admitted: “It’s not as fun to shop here as Dollar Tree not gonna lie.
“But they do have some great $1 items still!!”
