PRESIDENT Donald Trump has ordered that two nuclear submarines be positioned near Russia following stern threats from Vladimir Putin’s comrade.
The move by the commander-in-chief comes after former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev warned the United States of Moscow’s nuclear arsenal.
