DPWH district engineer denies bribe try on Leviste: ‘A twisting of the truth’

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) engineer in Batangas who was arrested and charged for allegedly attempting to bribe Rep. Leandro Leviste said Friday the accusations against him were “part of a political agenda.”
