Dumanjug mayor in hot water for ‘slapping, punching’ cyberporn suspect

The Commission on Human Rights said it was investigating a video that showed the Dumanjug, Cebu Mayor Gungun Gica allegedly publicly shaming two individuals believed to be involved in cyberpornography.
