Party lawyer Israelito Torreon and defeated senatorial candidate Jesus “Jayvee” Hinlo filed their letter appeals to Senate President Vicente Sotto III and Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo Lacson, chair of the Senate’s Electoral Reforms panel.
