Harper will play for the San Antonio Spurs and join Victor Wembanyama.

He went second behind Cooper Flagg to the Dallas Mavericks.

And that landed him a four-year rookie deal worth $56 million.

Harper comes from a basketball family and is set to follow in his dad’s footsteps.

Ron Harper was in attendance for his son’s big moment Wednesday.

Bryce was seen giving his dad a hug before stepping to the stage with his mom and brother.

Ron, 61, was a five-time NBA champion and played on two of the sport’s great dynasties.

He won three titles on Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls from 1996 to 1998.

And Harper followed up with back-to-back championships on the Los Angeles Lakers.

The 2000 and 2001 teams in LA featured Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal.

Ron was in the league for 15 years in all from 1986 to 2001.

He also played for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Los Angeles Clippers.

And Ron’s earnings during his entire playing career were $36 million.

That puts son Dylan on track to surpass him just three seasons into his pro career.

Dylan was interviewed on stage after being selected second overall by the Spurs.

Fans fell in love with his mom, who joined him for an interview with ESPN’s Monica McNutt.

“Dylan Harper’s mom is about to go viral man,” one fan said.

Another commented, “Respectfully Dylan Harper’s mom is an absolute smoke show.”

While a third said, “Dylan Harper mom!? She’s so beautiful.”

His mom, who used to coach him as a kid, was asked what got him to the NBA.

And she said, “His flat out love for the game, his determination, his humility and his hard work day in day out.”
