NOW-HEARTBREAKING footage has captured some of Dog the Bounty Hunter’s step-grandson’s final moments before the teen was reportedly shot dead.
Anthony Zecca was reportedly killed by his father on Saturday in a tragic gun accident.

The 13-year-old’s death was first reported by TMZ, which cited a statement from Dog and his wife Francie Chapman’s representatives.
They said, “We are grieving as a family over this incomprehensible tragic accident and would ask for continued prayers as we grieve the loss of our beloved grandson, Anthony,” according to the outlet.
Sources close to the matter told TMZ that Gregory Zecca, Francie’s son and Dog’s stepson, accidentally shot Anthony in their Naples, Florida, home Saturday night around 8 pm.
The Collier County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that they were investigating a shooting death, but didn’t clarify the victim’s identity, Naples Daily News reported.
Francie and Dog, whose real name is Duane Chapman, have been married since 2021. They both bonded over losing their spouses to cancer when they first started dating.
Francie is active on Instagram, where she shares about family life and her strong Christian faith.
In June 2024, she posted a video of herself speaking to Anthony about one moment when he felt “hit by the holy spirit.”
In the sit-down chat, Anthony described encountering God after Francie fell in a Lowe’s parking lot and thought she had broken her ankle.
The boy said that he rushed over to the hospital at top speed with Dog, who made a scene at the front desk trying to find his wife.
While they were waiting to be taken to Francie, Anthony felt a rush of cold air hit his face, which he thought was odd because it was a hot day.
The boy said that he asked Dog if he felt the same sensation, but the notorious bounty hunter had no clue what the child was talking about.
When they got into the room with Francie, the family started praying together for healing as they got the injury assessed.
Not long after Anthony felt the blast of cold air, Francie said that the pain in her ankle started to subside.
When they got an X-ray later, the woman was stunned to see that her ankle wasn’t broken, and she felt completely healed.
Francie asked her grandson what he thought the feeling was, and he said, “The holy spirit.”
“God came to me,” said the boy.

In July 2024, Francie also posted a now-tragic video of herself, Dog, Zecca, and Anthony dancing in the car as they celebrated the boy’s birthday.
Anthony smiled sitting in between his grandparents while Yeah! by Usher blasted on the speakers and appeared to even teach Dog some dance moves.
Francie said they had the “best weekend” celebrating Anthony by watching a demonstration from the US Navy Blue Angels flight squadron.
“Here’s what being on the road looks like with Meemaw and Grandpa,” she wrote with a laughing emoji.
Anthony’s reported death is just the latest in a string of tragedies that have plagued the bounty hunter’s life.
