President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Tuesday announced that the Court of Appeals has issued a freeze order against the bank accounts and assets of Benguet Rep. Eric Yap and ACT-CIS Rep. Edvic Yap as authorities probe their alleged involvement in anomalous flood control projects.
