Estrada condemns China’s sanctions vs. former senator Tolentino

Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Estrada on Tuesday urged the Department of Foreign Affairs to summon Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian to explain Beijing’s sanctions on former senator Francis Tolentino.
