Evacuees in Philippines, Taiwan take shelter as super typhoon Nando nears

Hundreds of families sheltered in schools and evacuation centres on Monday as heavy rains and gale-force winds from Super Typhoon Nando (international name: Ragasa) lashed the northern Philippines and southern Taiwan.
