A FORMER Kansas City Chiefs star has sent a message to his former team after being stunningly traded to a rival squad.
The Chiefs traded the player last week, with the 2025 season approaching early next month.

Kansas City elected to trade one of its players who helped the team win two Super Bowls.
Last week, the Chiefs traded wideout Skyy Moore and a 2027 seventh-round pick to the San Francisco 49ers in exchange for a 2027 sixth-round pick.
While Moore won two Super Bowls with Kansas City, the 24-year-old didn’t live up to expectations as a former second-round pick in 2022.
Moore recorded 43 passes for 494 yards during his Chiefs tenure and played in just six games before being shut down for the season with an injury, and didn’t post a single catch.
Over the weekend, Moore opened up about joining the 49ers after a tough tenure with the Chiefs.
“I feel like I definitely needed a fresh start,” Moore said, per 49ersWebzone.com.
“I found myself in my head a lot over in Kansas City and that’s never good.
“I feel like today, let it loose and just go out and play because I don’t know anything anyway.
“So, I got to just play ball.”
Moore is joining a 49ers team that has lost to the Chiefs twice in the Super Bowl (2019, 2023).
He made his debut with San Francisco as both a wideout and a punt returner.
Moore recorded three catches for 19 yards in his new team’s final preseason game.
The Western Michigan product will hope to earn a spot on the 49ers’ final 53-man roster as the team has a banged-up wide receiving unit.
“New city, new team. I feel like I get to learn again and put the fun back in the game,” Moore said.
