FBI director’s girlfriend SUES over claim she’s a ‘honeypot’ spy because of 19-year age gap and music background

KASH Patel’s girlfriend is suing an ex FBI agent for defamation, claiming that he called her a “honeypot” and Israeli spy.

Alexis Wilkins, 26, filed a shocking lawsuit in court alleging that podcaster and ex-agent Kyle Seraphin falsely labeled her as a spy who honeypotted Patel.

Wilkins is seeking $5 million in damages[/caption]

Wilkins, who has been with Patel since 2023, is seeking $5 million in damages from Seraphin for comments he allegedly made on his show.

FBI Director Patel, 45, is 19 years her senior.

“[Kash Patel] has had his own little ‘honeypot’ issue that’s been going on of late, so we’re just going to acknowledge it real publicly,” Seraphin said on his show, according to the lawsuit.

“He’s got a girlfriend that is half his age, who is apparently is both a country music singer, a political commentator on Rumble, a friend of John Rich through [FBI deputy Director Dan] Bongino, who also now owns a big chunk of Rumble, and she’s also a former Mossad agent in what is like the equivalent of their NSA.”

He then goes on to imply that she’s dating Patel to be closer to the Trump administration, court documents say.

Seraphin did not say Wilkins name, but she claims that “his statement is obviously about her specifically.”

The documents say that he has “maliciously lied” about Wilkins, and has been “using this fabricated story as self-enriching clickbait and has spread it to his sizable audience.”

Lawyers described the term honeypot as “an agent of a foreign government who began a relationship with another for purposes of manipulating and compromising them.”

“These accusations are all categorically false, and Defendant knows it.”

On his show after the lawsuit dropped, Seraphin said he wasn’t the only ones who made those claims, according to CNBC News.

“Wilkins is not even Jewish, much less Israeli, and has never set foot in Israel. She is not now and never has been an agent for any intelligence agency,” the lawsuit says.

“The notion that her relationship with Dir. Patel is part of some plot against her country is vile and ridiculous, and Defendant knows this.”

The suit also says that Patel and Wilkins both had met with Seraphin at a conservative event two years ago.

Patel had been confirmed earlier this year as FBI director.

“Defendant cannot even claim ignorance or negligence, because he has personally met Ms. Wilkins with Mr. Patel,” the lawsuit says.

Seraphin said he did not remember meeting them, the outlet reported.

Court documents call Seraphin’s alleged statements “categorically false,” and “obviously damaging to her reputation.”

“There is absolutely no reason—outside Defendant’s desire to stir up
controversy and generate income for himself—to accuse Ms. Wilkins, an American born country singer, of being a foreign agent engaged in espionage,” the lawsuit says.

“This insidious claim is categorically false, and is so obviously damaging to her reputation that damages are presumed.”
