In a bid to restart her wellness journey, Kerrie joined Reverse Health, and in less than a year, she had lost over two stone.
Like thousands of other women, Kerrie signed up for a personalized workout plan that provides access to a range of low-impact exercises that are suitable for all fitness levels.
