Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon revealed that the P96.5-million flood control project at Culaman Bridge in Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental, supposed to have started in 2022, only began a few weeks ago, amid investigations into anomalous flood control projects nationwide.
