INNOVATIVE DNA technology that allegedly links accused serial killer Rex Heuermann to seven murders will be allowed at his trial, a judge has ruled.
Heuermann, who has pleaded not guilty to the murders, suffered a major blow as his defense team’s efforts to exclude the evidence from trial was dismissed on Wednesday.
