GSIS chief Veloso questions suspension, says P1.4-B share deal legal

Government Service Insurance System President Jose Arnulfo Veloso on Friday argued that a P1.4-billion transaction with Alternergy Holdings Corp. that led to his suspension was “conducted within legal bounds”.
