There were unfounded rumors earlier this week that Hogan was on death’s door[/caption]

It later emerged they were false, but he had been hospitalized over lingering neck and back issues.

However, according to the Daily Mail, there has been an update over the 71-year-old’s health.

A source told the outlet Hogan has “the body of a 140-year-old man.”

It comes after a brutal in-ring career spanning decades, which has taken its toll.

Earlier this week, a radio host sparked fears the Hulkster was on the brink of death.

It was claimed the WWE icon – real name Terry Bollea – was in bad shape.

It was suggested his family had been called in to say their goodbyes.

TMZ were quick to dismiss the death concerns, but did reveal his other health problems.

There were also rumors he had undergone a serious health operation, which are understood to be false.

“Hulk has a body ravaged by wrestling,” a source told the Mail.

“His body is the body of a 140-year-old man with all the bumps and bruises through the years.

“His recent neck and back surgeries have been harder to come back from.

“But the rumors of heart issues is not a thing, and talk of him dying is farfetched.

“He is just having some struggle and trouble to get back to being 100 percent faster.

“He is getting older, he still is in good shape, works out.

“But he’s a beaten man, just trying to get as right as possible.

“Obviously, he will never wrestle again, but it isn’t because he is dying, it is because his bones are deteriorated.”

It is understood Hogan underwent neck surgery last month.

It is believed he had a fusion operation.

Hogan told Logan Paul on his podcast he’s had at least 25 surgeries between 2014 and 2024.

“I’ve had 10 back surgeries,” he said.

“Both knees and both hips replaced, shoulders – everything.”
