Heavy traffic severe on EDSA as DPWH rehab enters 3rd day

Traffic congestion along several portions of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) remained severe over the weekend as the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) continued its large-scale rehabilitation project that began on Christmas eve.
