Kenneth Siriboe, 21, allegedly approached the woman around 5 a.m. Sunday inside the residential building on East Gun Hill road near Putnam Place in Norwood, where he allegedly covered her mouth with one hand and squeezed her throat with the other, according to a criminal complaint.
