Hontiveros claims Joseph Sy’s child ‘inherited’ father’s questionable identity

Senator Risa Hontiveros on Wednesday claimed that a scion of Joseph Sy, Chen Zhong Zhen — a businessman turned Coast Guard Auxiliary who was revealed to be a Chinese national — also has questionable identification.
