LANDMAN star, Ali Larter, shared her health secrets for looking fabulous at age 49.
The actress, who rose to fame in the Final Destination horror movies posted a bikini snap of herself in the trailer while filming the latest season of Landman.

She revealed she was inspired by her character Angela Norris in the Western TV drama, Landman, who was always “so comfortable in her own body.”
“For all my ladies out there that work hard to be their best everyday. Let’s hear how you do it?” she asked in the caption of the Instagram post.
“I had to shoot a bikini scene for my show last week. Playing a character that is so comfortable in her body drives me.”
Ali revealed that she goes to bed at 11pm where she takes magnesium and gaba supplements.
The following morning she wakes up at 5:30am and drinks celery juice with coffee and is at the gym by 6am.
“I do a 30 minute intervals run and 10 minutes of core,” Ali continued.
“Shower, dunk my face in ice water, slather with oil cause of my spray tan. Leave for work at 7am.”
She added: “Go through the works and blend out my tan. Another coffee, lemon water, eggs and Turkey bacon.”
The actress then puts on “Angela’s diamond cross which is my suit of armor for this woman,” and then does 10 minutes of “deep breathing to break down” her negative self-talk.
“I redirect my energy to a calm, confident, and creative state while I look over my material. And then go walk the walk! Let me know how you build your self up to look and feel your best.”

Ali rose to fame in the late 1990s with roles in Varsity Blues and Legally Blonde before landing her breakout role in the Final Destination franchise.
