It adds to his already crazy collection

It is sure to bolster Canelo’s bank account even more – with the boxing great having already made around $500MILLION in the ring.

And the 35-year-old icon – who grew up selling ice creams for his dad and made $40 a fight – knows how to spend his cash.

Canelo owns a fleet of supercars from Ferraris to Lamborghinis, Bentleys and even a Bugatti.

And his watch collection is not bad either.

The four-weight world champion has worn a series of expensive Richard Mille pieces in the past – ranging from $160,000 to $3m.

His fight with Crawford will be aired on Netflix – and the streaming service released a two-part series in the build up.

In episode one, Canelo visits jeweller Jacob & Co – speaking directly with owner Jacob Arabo.

Canelo is being shown a timepiece and says “I really love it.”

He picks out two watches – one worth $550,000 and another $900,000 – and tells Arabo “I want this one.”

But not done there, Canelo seeks out one other piece, worth $1.4MILLION on its own and says “I want this one too.”

Canelo beat Cuban William Scull, 33, in May to regain his undisputed 168lb throne.

Meanwhile Crawford, 35, has not fought since August of 2024 when he moved up to 154lb to beat Israil Madrimov, 30, for the WBA title.

The American now has to step up a further 14lb to challenge for Canelo’s belts – dramatically transforming his body to do so.
