ICC moves forward with Duterte case as victim applications are submitted

The International Criminal Court (ICC) is moving forward with the case against former Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, as the court’s Registry has transmitted a sample of victim applications to the Pre-Trial Chamber
