ICI seeks raps vs lawmakers with construction firms that bagged DPWH projects

The Independent Commission for Infrastructure recommended Wednesday the filing of criminal and administrative complaints against several ‘congtractors’ or lawmakers who supposedly own construction firms that bagged government projects.
