The grand finale of the International School Golf Tour (ISGT) Season 24/25, held at the prestigious Amata Springs Country Club, wrapped up on May 6.
Proudly hosted by Wellington International School, and spanning over 18 events, including the introduction of 6 ISGT Development Tour events, the tour was designed to give aspiring golfers a valuable tournament experience.
More than 400 student golfers participated, collectively playing over 2,000 rounds, bringing the season to a spectacular and unforgettable close. ISGT provided international school students with the unique opportunity to compete on some of Thailand’s most exclusive golf courses, including Robinswood, Amata Springs Country Club, Thai Country Club, and Chee Chan.
Combined with expert event management, ISGT delivered a professionally run tournament experience, offering young golfers the ideal environment to develop and showcase their skills under conditions that reflect the highest standards of competitive play.
Since its founding in 2018, ISGT has been dedicated to supporting students on their golfing journey. All ISGT event scores are officially recorded on the Junior Golf Scorecard, helping our players gain recognition on an international level.
To date, over 60 ISGT golfers have earned scholarships to U.S. colleges.
This season welcomed Lotus Cars Thailand as the new title sponsor for the ISGT, bringing a blend of performance and prestige to the tour. Throughout the season, Lotus Cars showcased their stunning lineup of vehicles at multiple events, adding a touch of excitement to the tournament atmosphere.
Nipit Ngamsopee, Head of Marketing of Lotus Cars’ Thailand, sees the partnership as a crucial moment to nurture junior golf and inspire the next generation of athletes in Thailand and beyond.
“It has been a fantastic season for our partnership with Fore Management Group. We are proud to support young golfers in their journey toward a professional golf career. Through this sponsorship, we hope to have contributed meaningfully by showcasing our innovative vehicle technology and luxury branding, helping to elevate the tournament experience in every aspect.”
The American School of Bangkok’s remarkable achievement of winning the Team Gross championship for the third consecutive year underscores the unwavering commitment, discipline, and relentless effort shown by their golfers throughout the ISGT season.
The tour’s success was made possible with the support of multiple sponsors, including Lotus Cars Thailand, Foresight Sports, Allied Pickfords, Singha, Supersport, GFore, Fenix, GolfPride, Bevchain, Harper Golf, and Cross Hotel.
Since its inception, ISGT has seen remarkable growth in both participation and sponsorship, enriching the tour experience and inspiring young golfers across the region.
