Eight victims believed to have been killed in extrajudicial killings during the administration of former President Rodrigo Duterte were finally laid to rest Saturday, October 4, in a solemn inurnment ceremony at the Dambana ng Paghilom inside the La Loma Catholic Cemetery in Caloocan City.
