JALEN Carter has been punished again by the NFL’s referees after another flash point during the Eagles-Rams game.
It follows Carter’s spitting scandal with Dak Prescott in the opening week of the 2025 NFL season.

Footage showed him taunting the Los Angeles Rams.
As he left the field after a huge play, he gestured towards Los Angeles’ sideline.
He was walking backwards away from their opponents as teammates tried to get in the way, blocking his sight of the Rams.
But they were unable to stop the Eagles’ defensive tackle from receiving a penalty for his troubles.
This comes weeks after Carter was ejected against the Dallas Cowboys.
He was dismissed just six seconds into the Week 1 game, before even playing a snap, when he spat at Prescott.
However, he may have been triggered by the Cowboys star.
Replays showed that the quarterback spat in the direction of Carter before laughing and smiling at the Eagles star.
Carter escaped without a further suspension after the NFL decided that his ejection counted as a one-game suspension.
The 24-year-old had a brilliant game against the Rams as the Eagles claimed a 33-26 victory.
Fellow lineman Jordan Davis was equally impressive.
The two defensive stars had two joint blocks of field goals in the final quarter.
Carter blocked Joshua Karty’s 36-yard try with 8:46 left on the clock.
And Davis stopped the kicker’s attempt as time expired, before returning it himself for a 61-yard touchdown.
