A FOOT fetishist received a warranted lifetime sentence.
An ex-janitor at a Robert Boulevard, Louisiana nursing home sexually assaulted a nursing home resident after getting hold of her feet has been arrested.

It took police six years to arrest the foot fetishist, 47-year-old Bobby Bester, per local NBC News affiliate WDSU.
He even acknowledged having a foot fetish but denied the accusations against him when questioned by police.
Through a Louisiana jury, he was finally sentenced to 25-99 years in prison in February 2024.
THE INCIDENT/TRIAL
Bester entered the room of a 69-year-old elderly resident while she was on her bed, the resident told police.
The State of Louisiana reported that the janitor had crept into the woman’s room under the guise of janitorial duties.
Bester then made a comment about one of her socks having fallen off her foot as trial testimony revealed.
He offered to put a sock back on her foot, closed the blinds, and started rubbing her feet with lotion.
He then forced her feet against his genitals in a shocking act of sexual battery.
When steps were heard outside the door Bester would stop and wait for the coast to be clear before continuing his assault.
Bester had been on the run for nearly six years before he was finally caught and charged in February 2024.
During the trial prosecutors called on another woman who testified that Bester had terrorized her with foot related phone calls and messages.
“Can I (masturbate) on your feet? I know you got sexy feet. Can I just suck on it or something?” Bester said to the woman in one call.
On another occasion, Bester told the woman over the phone, “I like that pink toenail polish you have on.”
That day, she was wearing open-toed shoes and pink toenail polish.
The woman was worried Bester was following her and reported him to the authorities.
The jury needed just two hours to find the foot-obsessed culprit guilty.
Bester’s sentencing is on October 23, he’s looking at a possible 99-year prison sentence.
FOOT FETISH RELATED ASSAULTS
In 2025 there is one other fetish related assault reported.
In June 2025, Dexter Betancourt, who has a history of sexual offenses, approached a woman on a subway platform, complimented her toes, tried to kiss her feet, and exposed himself, as reported by the New York Post.
He was released without bail under supervised conditions.
In January 2025, Olayinka Alege, who worked for Providence Public Schools, faced multiple accusations of unwanted foot touching, according to local NBC news affiliate 10WJAR.
Alege is awaiting sentencing but lost his appeal in July 2025.
