Taylor, 38, has opened up on her sportscasting future[/caption]
Taylor‘s show Speak was one of three programs to be brutally cut by the network as part of a huge shake up.
Appearing on the Let Her Shoot podcast, the 38-year-old opened up on her future in sports media.
“I’ll have a lot of announcements coming up,” Taylor said.
“There is motion. As far as everything that happened, that’s the business, and nothing is forever, and all these cliches, but that is what it is.
“I’m sure I will have a lot more to say as the years go on.
“But I’m grateful to have had nine years on a network and I think I do great work with great talent and great staffs and great producers.
“And the next chapter will be equally as exciting.
“When I have news, I will let everyone know.”
Amid rumors that Taylor could leave the industry, the former Fox star teased, “I’m not limiting myself… I’ve worked with a bunch of different people over the years, people I never thought that I would end up partnering up with.
“And you know, platforms have their reputations — but I guess so do I.
“I might surprise people with what the next move is.”
Since her Fox exit, Taylor has continued to produce her Two Personal podcast.
The sportscaster launched the project alongside fellow TV star Taylor Rooks last March.
Earlier this year, Rooks surprisingly quit the project after less than a year.
Following a three-month hiatus, Two Personal returned in April with Taylor hosting the show solo.
On Rooks’ exit, the Two Personal host said, “Taylor is a very, very busy woman. That’s all it is.
“She has Amazon, Thursday Night Football, she’s now doing the NBA with them. She has her show. It’s a big commitment to do a podcast as well.
“So we had long conversations about how we were going to make it work. But she has a good thing, the best in the business, booked and busy.
“She just has too much on her plate. Her and I both, we believe in excellence And if you do something halfway because you don’t have the bandwidth, then it’s not gonna be what it needs to be.
“I had the bandwidth and wanted to continue doing it, but there’s only 24 hours in a day.”
