KAMALA Harris has blasted Joe Biden for running for re-election, describing his decision as “reckless.”
The ex vice-president turned on her former boss, saying the choice shouldn’t have been left to his ego.

Biden was forced to pull out of the 2024 presidential race in July last year – weeks after a disastrous debate with Donald Trump in Georgia.
He gave Harris his backing and Democratic Party chiefs quickly rallied behind her.
Harris ultimately lost to Donald Trump in November.
She has since penned a book that documents her presidential campaign and it’s titled: 107 Days.
But, a scathing excerpt, seen by The Atlantic, she admitted she should’ve encouraged Biden to reconsider his decision to run for a second term.
She believed that her position as vice president made it difficult for her to tell Biden to his face.
“I knew it would come off to him as incredibly self-serving if I advised him not to run,” she wrote in her book.
“He would see it as naked ambition, perhaps as poisonous disloyalty, even if my only message was: Don’t let the other guy win.”
