THE Kansas City Chiefs are making things right after they underwent their own version of the “Phillies Karen” saga.
Footage went viral from Week 3 when the Kansas City Chiefs played the New York Giants.

In the video, Patrick Mahomes ran to give his headband to a young fan in the crowd.
However, as he turned away a woman grabbed the headband from the boy.
The woman identified herself as New York native Nina Miller, and claimed she believed that Mahomes was giving his headband to her.
“Guys, I just want to talk to you for one minute from my heart,” she said on TikTok.
“At the game, with all the noise and all the excitement, I honestly thought that Pat Mahomes was giving me the headband. I reached for it without thinking.
“Later I found out that it was meant for that little boy for his 10th birthday.
“When I found out I felt horrible, because I don’t want to ruin anyone’s little time at the game and ruin their little birthday.
“To the young boy, I’m sorry that I ruined your moment. You should have had your moment for your birthday.”
The story doesn’t have a sad ending though, as the video was spotted by the owners of the Chiefs.
Tavia Hunt, the wife of Chiefs owner Clark Hunt, saw the video and asked fans to help her identify the young Chiefs fan.
“If anyone knows who this boy is, message me!” Hunt wrote on her Instagram Story.
Just a few hours later, Hunt was able to reveal that she tracked down the fan.
“Thank you everyone!” she wrote.
“We found him! Surprises ensuing!”
The Chiefs haven’t revealed what they have in store for the young fan, but the Phillies set the precedent after their own “Karen” moment.

In September, a father snagged a Harrison Bader home run ball and ran to give it to his son.
However, another fan came and screamed at him until he gave the ball to her.
The Phillies immediately responded and brought the fan to meet Bader and surprised him with some team gear.
It is possible that the Chiefs have something similar in store for their young fan.
