
Kao Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a leading Japanese manufacturer of consumer and chemical products, has proudly announced a significant achievement as it received three prestigious honours at the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards 2025.
The company was recognised with the flagship award, Best Companies to Work for in Asia, along with two additional accolades: the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award and the Sustainable Workplace Award.
These achievements underscore Kao’s unwavering commitment to its people, fostering continuous development, creating equal opportunities, and driving sustainability across the organisation.
The award presentation ceremony was held recently, with Akira Nishimaki, President, Suttipong Limsila, Head of Corporate Strategy, and Paveena Sopon, Director of HR & Admin Services, attending to receive the three prestigious honours on behalf of Kao.

The first award, HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2025, reaffirms Kao’s position as one of the most desirable workplaces in the region, recognised for its strong corporate culture and high levels of employee engagement.
The second award, HR Asia Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, underscore the company’s success in embracing diversity, ensuring equity, and fostering respect for individuality in the workplace.
Meanwhile, the last award, HR Asia Sustainable Workplace, highlights Kao’s commitment to building a workplace that champions sustainability, balancing environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and employee well-being.
In speaking of the three awards, Paveena shared that the recognition serves as a reaffirmation of Kao Thailand’s dedication to a positive workplace environment.
