San Francisco ended up as 16-15 victors thanks to a 35-yard Eddy Pineiro field goal with no time left on the clock.
The 49ers took a 6-3 lead into the break, but it was all square at 6-6 with fifteen minutes left.
Juszczyk gave them a lead soon after the break, but Kyler Murray found Trey McBride to level the score again.
Then, with three and a half minutes left, San Fran gave away a holding penalty just outside their end zone, giving the Cardinals two points from a safety.
Pineiro held his nerve, however, and the 49ers continued their unbeaten record, while Arizona lost its first game of the season.
