KAY Adams dealt with a brutal schedule issue due to flight havoc during training camp.
The former Good Morning Football host has been tasked with traveling to various NFL training sites for her FanDuel TV Show, Up & Adams.

Training camp began last week for all 32 NFL teams as the 2025-26 season approaches
On Thursday, July 24, Adams made her first training camp stop at the Los Angeles Rams practice facility.
The 39-year-old interviews numerous players and coaches during her broadcast at each respective training camp location.
Adams traveled for the New York Giants’ practice on Monday, then to the New York Jets‘ on Tuesday, before heading to the New England Patriots’ practice on Wednesday and the Washington Commanders on Thursday.
However, she’d experience confusion on her way to her last stop of the week at the Carolina Panthers training facility.
Early Friday morning, Adams revealed on X that her Washington, D.C. flight to Charlotte was cancelled.
Storms swept through the D.C. area on Thursday night.
So the star NFL personality instead made the 6-hour, 30-minute-plus drive from the Nation’s Capital to Charlotte where the Panthers practice.
“Flights cancelled. Drove from DC to Charlotte let’s do this,” she wrote.
Fans were blown away by Adams’ on-the-fly commitment to her job.
“That’s dedication, Kay,” one wrote.
“You’re a pro!!” another commented.
“The grind never stops for you,” a third added.
“Can’t stop won’t stop! Kay you dedicated! Team no sleep,” a fourth stated.
