Kiko Pangilinan takes oath before Justice Leonen

Senator-elect Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan officially took his oath of office on Wednesday before Supreme Court Senior Associate Justice Marvic Leonen at the Session Hall of the Supreme Court in Manila.
