TRAVIS Decker, the father accused of strangling his three young daughters to death, has been declared dead by the US Marshals.
The federal agency filed a motion on Monday to dismiss the charges and arrest warrant against Decker, 32, after declaring the fugitive father “deceased.”
However, the filing sparked confusion among officials with the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office who have been at the center of the case since the Decker sisters were found dead at the Rock Island campground in Washington on June 2.
