KIM Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have filed to throw out their divorce days after she accused him of violent behavior.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal that in a stunning about-face, Kim, 47, and Kroy, 39, jointly filed to dismiss the case in its entirety on February 21.

The NFL star initially filed for divorce on August 24, 2023.
According to the court, the divorce case is now completely closed.
It is unclear what triggered the abrupt change of heart in their ugly divorce.
Kim claimed on February 18- just days before the dismissal- that she believed Kroy had an undiagnosed mental condition, and was prone to “angry and emotional outbursts, which include profanity-laden tirades,” aimed at her and their children as well as “bouts of physical violence” and “extreme sexual promiscuity.”
The Bravo star had asked for an emergency hearing for a psychological and medical evaluation of Kroy, because she was allegedly concerned about his “mental health, and whether Father is suffering under the ill effects of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).”
According to the Mayo Clinic, CTE is a neurodegenerative disease linked to repeated trauma to the head, and symptoms can include behavioral problems, mood problems, and problems with thinking.
In the filing asking that Kroy’s mental state be evaluated the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star claimed “Father’s inability to refrain from disparaging Mother in front of and to the children, as well as his explosive temper, raises concerns that Father is suffering from an undiagnosed mental health disorder which may require follow-up or treatment.
“Left untreated, Mother is gravely concerned about the Children’s best interests when left in the care of Father.”
This is the pair’s second failed attempt at a split.
Kim was the first to file for divorce in May 2023, but that case was dismissed by July of that year after she told a judge they were still engaging in martial activities.
In the run-up to dismissing their most recent divorce, Kim admitted in court that she and Kroy were still living together in the marital home in February, months after the house had been sold at a foreclosure auction in December 2024.
KICKED OUT OF HOME
It is unclear if the living arrangement contributed to the divorce being dismissed, but as The U.S. Sun first exclusively revealed, Kim and Kroy had to be physically removed from the mansion by U.S. Marshals in April.
The new owners of Kim and Kroy’s estate began the legal process to remove the former couple from the property on December 12, 2024.
In their initial filing, the owners claimed the pair “holds the premises over and beyond the term for which they rented to them,” and sought possession of the home.
By December 21, the owners had filed paperwork stating that Kim and Kroy had been served with papers for the “proceeding against a tenant holding over.”
After multiple unanswered filings by Kim and Kroy, marshals intervened and officially removed them from the home on April 8, 2025.
According to the documents, four deputy marshals arrived at the property around 3:30 p.m., and by 6:45 p.m., the home’s occupants were gone.
The marshals checked the box confirming that the pair had been “ejected” from the residence.
MAJOR MONEY PROBLEMS
Kim and Kroy have faced foreclosure on their home multiple times over the years.
The home was ultimately listed for auction on the Fulton County foreclosures list on December 3, 2024, according to People.
Meanwhile, Kim’s daughter, Ariana Biermann, 23, has been candid about her parents’ financial troubles on the new Bravo series Next Gen NYC.
Ariana accused Kim and Kroy of taking money she earned as a minor and spending it without her consent or knowledge.
Kim has two daughters, Ariana and Brielle, from a previous marriage, both of whom Kroy adopted when they were children.
Together, Kim and Kroy share four additional children: Kaia Rose, Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., Kash Kade, and Kane Ren.
