Lahar from Mt Kanlaon flattens creeks, waterways in NegOcc town

The vice-mayor of La Castellana town in Negros Occidental is urging the Department of Environment and Natural Resources to fast-track the grant of permit to cleanse creeks and river channels that have been flattened by lahar flow from Mt. Kanlaon.
