The venue will stage Canelo Alvarez’s titanic boxing showdown with Terence Crawford on September 13.
It will be the first combat sports event to take place at Allegiant Stadium.
The 65,000-seat venue opened in 2020 at a cost of $2 billion.
It is located just off the Las Vegas Strip and has become one of the NFL’s premier stadiums.
Allegiant Stadium has already hosted a Super Bowl as well as WrestleMania.
The Raiders relocated from Oakland to Las Vegas once the stadium was built to bring pro football to the city.
Allegiant Stadium is also host to college football team the University of Nevada Las Vegas Rebels.
The Rebels were due to face Idaho State on September 13 at the venue.
But, according to Ring Magazine, that game will be moved to make way for Canelo-Crawford.
Netflix will show the boxing extravaganza between two of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world.
Alvarez is the undisputed super middleweight champion and has a 63-2-2 record with 39 KOs.
Crawford, meanwhile, is 41-0 in his pro career with 31 KOs.
Boxing events in Las Vegas have generally been staged at the T-Mobile Arena.
The venue opened in 2016 and Canelo beat Amir Khan in the first sports event staged there.
The Las Vegas Raiders are also due to be at home the same weekend as Canelo-Crawford.
They face the Los Angeles Chargers in a Monday night clash on September 15.
Stadium staff will face a quick turnaround from boxing on Saturday to the NFL game Monday.
The venue is also being used for soccer and concerts this summer.
Beyonce, Shakira and The Weeknd will all play at the venue in June and July.
And Allegiant Stadium is also a venue for the Concacaf Gold Cup in soccer.
