SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – The Justin Rackley triple murder case is now in the hands of the jury.
Attorneys on both sides of the case gave their closing arguments on Tuesday morning.
The jurors will decide whether Rackley is guilty of three counts for first degree murder for the deaths of Daniel Kemnitz, Kellie Reaves and Michael Thompson. They were shot and killed at a get-together last summer at a home on the south side of Sioux Falls.
Jurors will also decide whether Rackley is guilty of two counts of aggravated assault for the man and woman who survived.
