SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) –The 34th Annual President’s Bowl features three games this season, including a top five showdown featuring the defending 11AAA state champions.
KELOLAND’s Game of the Week will feature top-ranked Lincoln and #4 O’Gorman.
The game will air at noon on Saturday on KELOXTRA (TV), KELOLAND+ and KELOLAND.com. The video player at the top of the story will update with the game on Saturday.
The Patriots are coming off of a dominant 62-14 showing against Rapid City Stevens, while the Knights secured a 25-24 win over Harrisburg.
The two are anticipating a competitive matchup in the high stakes environment that is the President’s Bowl.
“They give you a lot of eye candy with motions and, you know, quick little motions and then full motions across so your guys on the field have to know what it is they’re looking at,” Lincoln head coach Jared Fredenburg said.
“Their coaching staff has proved that the way they’re doing things at Lincoln works really well,” Knights head coach Jayson Poppinga said. “They’re going to be the team to beat until somebody knocks them off and hopefully we get a shot to do that this week.”
