Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach turned heads at Bulgari’s “Kaleidos: Colors, Cultures and Crafts” exhibition at The National Art Center in Tokyo, Japan, where she arrived in a custom gown by Filipino designer Mark Bumgarner.
