Doncic has been undergoing two workouts a day with one 90-minute session consisting of weight training, shooting drills and agility work.
The 26-year-old is heading into a crucial NBA season, which could be pivotal for his career.
His workouts are configured to include upper and lower body exercises as well as on-court practice.
He is training in a town that he has visited every summer since his teenage years.
The work has left him with a more shredded-looking physique, which he is happy with.
He told Men’s Health: “Just visually, I would say my whole body looks better.”
Doncic has also insisted that he will not be slowing down any time soon, as he does not want to lose his progress.
He added: “If I stop now, it was all for nothing.”
The Slovenian has not only been training in Croatia but also in Madrid, Spain.
He has worked with Macek on his balance with a force plate that is usually used to measure the force an athlete can put onto the ground.
The body transformation comes after his sudden trade from the Dallas Mavericks to the Lakers in February.
Doncic’s arrival has seen him become the face of the team with the ongoing uncertainty over LeBron James‘ future.
Last season, he made 28 regular-season appearances for the Lakers.
He put in some solid showings, averaging 28.1 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 7.5 assists per game.

But his season was cut short as the Lakers were dumped out of the Western Conference playoffs by the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The Lakers will begin their pre-season ahead of the 2025/26 campaign in October.
They will face the Phoenix Suns on October 3 before playing the Golden State Warriors nine days later.
Matches against the Dallas Mavericks and Sacramento Kings then follow.
