Lottery officials issue three-step warning for unclaimed $1 million “All Cash” scratch off – and time is running out

In the Pennsylvania Lottery, chiefs are on the hunt for a mystery player holding onto an uncashed slip.

It was sold at a retailer in Lackawanna County as a part of the All Cash Scratch-Off game.

The $1 million prize is the highest amount people can win with All Cash.

Beer Express, the retailer that sold the ticket, is set to receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Scratch-offs are distributed at random, so the Pennsylvania Lottery and the retailers do not know where the winning tickets are.

Right now, the player who won the game has still not come forward, and the money has not been given away yet.

Players have one year from the game’s end-sale date posted to make themselves known.

To come forward, players should sign the back of their ticket and call the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481.

MISSING IN MISSOURI

In the state of Missouri, multiple games are still unclaimed, including one worth a staggering $3.2 million.

This ticket was sold at a QuikTrip in Oakland, St. Louis, and there isn’t a lot of time for the player to come forward.

The numbers for the $3.2 million game were drawn on July 16, and the player has 180 days from then to take their money.

This gives the mystery ticket holder until January 12, 2026, to claim their cash and become a multi-millionaire.

The winning numbers are 1, 5, 10, 13, 20, and 30.

Missouri has more open games worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
