LOVE Island Games bombshell Sydney Paight has underwent a buccal fat removal, lip lift and more procedures, a plastic surgeon has claimed.
Sydney, 25, appeared on season 4 of Love Island USA and season 6 of Love Island Australia before entering the Love Island Games villa.

But when Sydney made her appearance during the infamous Heart Rate Challenge, she was unrecognizable – even to her ex-boyfriend Isaiah Campbell.
The U.S. Sun has spoken to a plastic surgeon who has speculated the amount of work Sydney underwent.
RealSelf partner and Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Dilip D. Madnani, who has not treated Sydney, claimed to The U.S. Sun, “From the comparison shots, it’s quite a transformation.
“It looks like a combination of trending cosmetic procedures along with possible changes from weight loss.”
On the surgical side, Dr. Madnani believes she could have underwent buccal fat removal, which slims down the lower face, a nose job and a lip lift, which creates lip fullness.
Dr. Madnani also says Sydney could’ve underwent a temporal brow lift, midface lift, and canthoplasty, a procedure that lifts the brows, cheeks and outer eye corners.
He continued, “Together, these changes create a slimmer, more contoured and lifted look, with enhanced facial balance.”
‘UNRECOGNIZABLE’
In 2024, Sydney appeared on a podcast with Love Island USA star Zeta Morrison and revealed the plastic surgery procedures she underwent.
Sydney said weight loss and makeup have contributed to her transformation.
She told Zeta, “I think it’s quite obvious that I’ve have my buccal fat removed… Now I am chiseled.”
Sydney also underwent a skin-tightening treatment and got cheek filler.
The reality star also removed her lip filler.
Sydney shocked when she came into the villa during the challenge, as she looked completely different.
Viewers turned to social media to comment on her new look – and how her ex Isiah didn’t recognize her.
One viewer said of her ex-boyfriend, “Isaiah didn’t recognize her either lol.”
A second wrote, “Isaiah squinting at her had me rolling.”
A third penned, “I don’t think anyone thinks she looks bad. Just shockingly different.”

Sydney was an original cast member and coupled up with Isaiah, 24.
The two remained strong until Casa Amor, when Isaiah brought Phoebe Siegel into the villa, leaving Sydney single and vulnerable.

The two dated for years after the show until they confirmed their split in June 2024.
