The former Season 4 contestant told how she suffered several deep cuts across her body which left parts of her skin “completely stripped”.
Horrifying images showed the reality star, who was wearing a bikini and a helmet at the time of the crash, bleeding from her face and leg.
She was travelling with her friend Connie when her motorbike flipped over.
Chanse said: “We decided on a final morning trip to the Sticky Waterfall before our flight.
“On the way back, we hit a massive pothole in the middle of the freeway.
“The front tire twisted, throwing my friend from the back, and trapping me under the bike.”
The TV star added: “I skidded for ten feet, rolling over it before finally coming to a stop.”
Chanse also told how she and her friend were about to leave Thailand, but decided to visit Bua Thong Waterfalls by motorbike with the short time they had to spare.
The terrifying ordeal unfolded on the way back form their visit.
They were driving the speed-limit at the time, Chanse added.
The former contestant explained: “My friend and I had a perfect week in Chiang Mai, exploring the city and mountains on a rented bike.
“With Thailand’s relaxed laws, I, a first-time rider, had no trouble navigating until our very last day.”
Chanse received skin grafting during her months-long stay in and out of hospital.
She was also unable to walk for two weeks following the smash, while her pal Connie broke three parts of her ankle.
“Her foot was broken, and I had a deep laceration from my sunglasses piercing my eyebrow,” Chanse said.
“My left leg was completely stripped of skin, a gruesome wound that would later nearly require a skin graft.”
She added that “two German boys” came to their rescue by giving the pair a place to stay and helping with their bags.
And she described the following week-and-a-half as a blur.
Her friend Connie was even taken back to Italy for surgery.
