THE LOVE Island USA cast’s plastic surgery transformations have been revealed, as the season 7 stars underwent nose jobs, fillers and more ahead of the show.
Love Island USA will wrap up season 7 on Sunday, July 13, as Olandria Carthen, Huda Mustafa, Amaya Espinal and Iris Kendall are heading into the finale with their partners.

The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal the potential plastic surgery procedures the finale stars underwent before appearing on the show.
RealSelf partners and husband and wife duo, Dr. Vivek Bansal, MD and Dr. Badreshia-Bansal, who have not treated any of the Love Island USA stars, used their expertise to determine what procedures the women could’ve had done.

Dr. Vivek Bansal, MD and Dr. Badreshia-Bansal confirm her nose job and believe she received filler[/caption]
Huda, 24, has been open about her plastic surgery procedures, as she admitted to undergoing a breast augmentation on the show and showed off her April 2025 nose job on TikTok.
The doctors said of Huda, “Her post-photo aligns with a refined nasal tip and smoother bridge. The post-op shape is consistent with a surgical rhinoplasty – balanced and proportional, matching her self-admitted procedure.”
In addition, they believe she could’ve received possible lip filler, as they appear “slightly fuller.”
“Her skin texture appears very smooth, possibly from laser resurfacing or resurfacing treatments,” the doctors added.
The U.S. Sun previously reported on how Huda looked completely different years before appearing on the show.
In a TikTok video posted by Dr. Muhammet Dilber, he could be seen showing Huda, who is in a couple with Chris Seeley, her new nose, as she wore a bandage.
“Oh my God, wow. I think I’m going to cry. That’s my nose? I’m going to cry. Oh my God, it’s so pretty. It fits my face so good,” she said in the video.

Olandria could’ve also received filler in her face[/caption]
As for Olandria, 27, the doctors speculated, “Significant cheek prominence, this could be due to filler or fat transfer to the midface.
“Her jawline looks sharper, which might result from either filler sculpting or non-surgical contouring (e.g. Kybella or radiofrequency).”
The doctors also believe makeup contouring could enhance her cheek and jaw structure.
Olandria is currently in a couple with Nic Vansteenberghe.

Amaya years before the series[/caption]
The doctors believe Amaya could’ve underwent a rhinoplasty[/caption]
As for fan-favorite Amaya, 25, Dr. Vivek Bansal, MD and Dr. Badreshia-Bansal believe she could’ve underwent a minor rhinoplasty or filler, as her nose appears, “more streamlined with softer angles.”
They added, “Lip volume also appears increased, suggesting lip filler.”
The doctors also credit camera angles and contouring for her “refined look.”
She is dating Bryan Arenales.

Iris before Love Island USA[/caption]
The doctors believe Iris got ‘subtle midface filler’[/caption]
And finally for Iris, 25, the doctors believe, “Her nasal bridge and tip look more refined and narrower compared to earlier photos, suggesting rhinoplasty.
“There may also be subtle midface filler contributing to a lifted appearance.”
Iris is going into the finale with Pepe Garcia.

Chelley years before Love Island USA[/caption]
The doctors believe Chelley went the natural route with makeup[/caption]
As for Chelley, 27, Dr. Vivek Bansal, MD and Dr. Badreshia-Bansal believe she could have filler in her cheekbones, as they look “subtly lifted.”
Other than that, Chelley looks more natural, as the doctors credit, “Makeup techniques and color correction to enhance lip and cheek definition” in recent photos.
Chelley and Ace were eliminated on Friday night’s episode in a shock dumping.
FINALE EPISODE
The U.S. Sun previously reported on what viewers could expect from the finale.
“We are working on having one or two special guests, like we did when Megan Thee Stallion came to the show,” a production source told The U.S. Sun.
“It should be a man and a woman celebrity, but we are still working on that and we are close to knowing who would be coming to the show for the last episode.
“It’s going to be great and we expect to reach the highest viewership of any Love Island finale, and to have a great end of the season.”
Love Island USA welcomed special guests this season.
Summer House star Paige DeSorbo hosted the lumberjack challenge.
Megan Thee Stallion not only hosted a twerking challenge, but she also hung out with the female contestants.
SUSPECTED WINNERS
The insider added that the race is “very tight” when it comes to the finale’s winning couple.
The source said of Amaya and Bryan’s shot at winning, “Their connection is the newest, but Bryan and her are showing a genuine way of connecting and taking things naturally without faking it, which is also a very good thing for the fans.
“They have been doing great, and Bryan is fan-favorite as he is genuinely a sweet guy, a nice person with her and people love to see that instead of drama, tension and some men being too cold and not sweet to their partner.”
Fans have been rooting for the couple to win.
One fan wrote after they helped Huda and Chris mend their relationship, “They are the ONLY couple who has actively encouraged another couple to stay together. They deserve to win!”
“This episode just proved I was right in voting for Amaya and Bryan… and I’m gonna keep voting for them,” a second fan wrote.
A third said, “Amaya+Bryan for the win!!”

SHOW SCANDAL
While Cierra Ortega was a favorite to win with Nic, 24, she was removed from the island on Sunday after a screenshot of her using a slur resurfaced.
She apologized, as she said in a video, “I want to first start by addressing, not just anyone that I have hurt or deeply offended, but most importantly, the entire Asian community.
“I am deeply, truly, honestly, so sorry. I had no idea that the word held as much pain, as much harm, and came with the history that it did, or I never would have used it.
“I had no ill intention when I was using it. But that’s absolutely no excuse, because intent doesn’t excuse ignorance.”
