Love Island USA couple splits after explosive finale fight as fans slam ’embarrassing’ blow-up and rage ‘what a waste!’

A LOVE Island USA couple has split after an explosive fight on the final, as fans are outraged over the break up.

The season 7 finale of Love Island USA dropped on Peacock on Sunday, July 13.

Throughout the episode, Huda Mustafa and Chris Seeley fought over him not cuddling her in bed.

She said while Chris was sleeping, “Hey, hello. I’m going to give you three seconds, I’m dead a**. Three, two, one. Hello?”

Chris responded, “I wanna get some sleep.”

She then said, “Just snuggle me then. If not cuddling is worth me being upset tomorrow, that’s the battle you’re picking so congratulations.”

He told Bryan Arenales, “Last night bro, she was trying to be all touchy and s**t. You know what her first reaction was? ‘You have three seconds.’

“I’m not going there with you. I choose sleep every time. And so I didn’t talk to her for the rest of the night. She just kept poking. I shouldn’t have to argue about me going to sleep.”

Chris continued, “I’m gonna go on this date. I’m really going to put my best foot forward. But if the same s**t happens on the date… I will crash out.”

On the date, Chris tried to talk through their issues.

Huda responded, “There’s chemistry, but then there’s also things that we need to work on. I think we need to address those things so that we don’t have like animosity towards one another.”

Chris explained how they need to work on communication.

He then brought up her not being affectionate in public and how she spoke to him in bed.

Chris continued, “That makes me feel like I’m a little kid. I’m a grown-a** man.”

Huda then said “We were in the final four. I wanted to cuddle with you. Personally I like when a man grabs me. I’m having to pull your arms over me. It’s almost every night I’m doing that. When you don’t want to do it, it gives me a sense of rejection, which hurt.”

He fired back, “My mama don’t talk to me like that, I’m not going to let someone I’m talking to talk to me like that.”

She responded, “I’m not saying it was right. We both did things that were wrong.

“Moving forward in the outside world, there’s no more time in here to figure this out. We’re not exclusive. We’re still getting to know each other.

“A lot of the things we do need are the physical aspects. I’m not sure how we’ll be able to work on that if it’s long distance.”

She then said she wants to just “be friends.”

Appearing upset, Chris said, “No hard feelings. I already knew. I could tell. I’ve been waiting for you to say it.”

When she sasked if they can be friends and hang out together in the villa, he said, “no” and that he needs to “separate himself” from her.

When Huda asked Chris if he could carry her across the water to avoid getting her shoes wet, he refused.

He then slept outside instead of in bed with her.

PILLOW FIGHT

Earlier on in the episode, Huda was injured during a pillow fight.

When getting ready for bed, Huda, Chris, Amaya Espinal and other islanders had a pillow fight.

Huda hit Chris with a pillow while he laid in bed, as Amaya playfully hit Iris Kendall.

Chris then threw a pillow across the room at Huda, accidentally nailing her right in the nose.

Huda fell onto a bed and said, “Chris, you hit me in the nose, bro.”

She then ran to the bathroom.

When Huda returned to the room, she had a bandage on her nose.

“Look at what I have to wear on my face,” Huda said to Chris, who responded, “I’m sorry.”

SEASON 7 WINNERS

Amaya and Bryan were announced as the winners of season 7.

Olandria, 27, and Nic, 24, came in second place.

Coming in third place was Huda, 24, and Chris, 27.

Iris, 25, and Pepe, 27, came in fourth.

WINNING LOVE STORY

Amaya joined the show during episode five, as she was one of the first bombshells to enter the villa.

Ace Greene picked Amaya to couple up with, but their romance didn’t last long.

She then moved on to Austin Shepard, but he chose to explore other connections for the same reason.

In Casa Amor, Amaya coupled up with Zak Srakaew.

Bryan joined the show in Casa Amor and coupled up with Andreina Santos.

When back in the villa, the contestants played the mailbox challenge, where they wrote anonymous letters to express their true feelings about each other.

When Amaya’s exes complained about her moving too quickly in relationships, Bryan came to her defense.

After Andreina was eliminated, Amaya chose to recouple with Bryan over Zak.

Since then, the two have been in a loving couple, and even went to the Hideaway.

Amaya told Bryan on the finale, “With you, I don’t ever cry out of sadness.”

Amaya became a fan-favorite on the season because of her positive attitude and humorous personality.
