LOVE Island USA’s casting process has been revealed, as participants must undergo physical tests and answer provocative questions.

Contestants on the season go through an “intense” and “long” casting process before entering the villa in Fiji.
In an exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun, model Alexa Willis revealed her experience with the casting process.
Alexa, who has shared her experience on her TikTok page, explained how a casting director reached out to her over Instagram to ask if she would like to participate on Season 4 three to four months ahead of the premiere.
“It’s a really long process,” Alexa explained. “I had no idea how intense it was going to be. It was five interviews, a bunch of different testing: Personality tests, health, physical.
“It was long and lengthy, but it was a fun process. It feels like you’re talking to a best friend so it didn’t feel like a crazy interview. The first one was an introduction call explaining the show and basic questions. After that they move you to the Zoom person.”

Love Island USA is known for its sex-driven challenges and racy content.
Contestants spend the day in bikinis and bathing suits, and dress in provocative clothing for challenges.
In one challenge, the female contestants wore dominatrix lingerie and teased the men, who were handcuffed to a large X.
Alexa explained how casting producers make sure potential contestants are comfortable with the raciness on the show.
“It is a pretty sexual show,” she said. “They do ask out there questions. I think part of them asking you these things is to see how you answer and if you’re comfortable answering. Questions like, ‘What’s your craziest experience?’ Stuff you would hear in the locker room or on girls’ nights.
“Talking about provocative stuff, but also really getting to know your personality. “’Do you get embarrassed easily?’ ‘Are you shy?’ ‘Would you steal someone’s man if that was the guy for you?’ So just really getting to see how you would navigate certain situations.”
Alexa admitted she “wasn’t expecting” the amount of personality and physical tests.
“After the first call went well I was like, ‘Oh I’m going!’ Nope there is a lot more to do. It’s a lot of hurry up and do this and answer this call. Then waiting. It’s very lengthy. That’s the most shocking part of it.”
Alexa ultimately didn’t appear on Love Island USA, adding, “When they said, ‘We’re ready for you, you’re flying out in three days.’ On the phone call I said I can’t go.”
Alexa had met a man “super randomly” during the casting process.
“I told him I’m not looking for anything serious,” she said. “I am going on this show. We are going on these crazy dates, falling in love, got matching tattoos the first week together.
“I tried to picture myself, can I go on the show for fame or whatever and just do it to do it and gain an audience and be successful? But I couldn’t. I love this guy so much. I wouldn’t have been able to fake it.”
She explained how casting producers make sure participants are looking for love.
Alexa explained, “I think some people go in there for fame and do fall in love. People know it’s fact you go in and get exposure and an audience. It seems the casting directors are adamant… They make sure you’re looking for love. It’s a mixture.”

VILLA DRAMA
On the current season of Love Island USA, the house has been filled with drama between Huda Mustafa and Jeremiah Brown.
The stars coupled up on their first day in the villa and had a whirlwind romance.
But Huda revealed her jealous side by arguing with Jeremiah and lashing out at bombshells for kissing during show challenges.
The two have also fought over Jeremiah not planning romantic dates and not helping her cook pancakes.
On Sunday night’s episode, America chose Jeremiah to be coupled with bombshell Iris Kendall.
Jeremiah did not console Huda after the recoupling, leaving her upset.
The next day, he went on a date with Iris, which was set up by the show.

When Jeremiah returned to the villa, Huda had a breakdown, and was dubbed “Hurricane Huda” by cast members and viewers.
Huda then eavesdropped on his conversation with the men, where he talked about wanting to “explore his connection” with Iris.
Huda exploded and cursed at Jeremiah, calling him a “b***h” and “p***y.”
At night, Jeremiah pulled Huda into the speakeasy room for a chat to apologize, but she ended their relationship.
On Tuesday night’s episode, Jeremiah chose to couple up with Iris instead of Huda, leaving her at risk of elimination.
Alexa, who is friends with Iris, said of the drama, “She’s so hot! Iris has a carefree personality, she’s probably just going to go for Jeremiah.
“I’m excited to see what she’ll do. It’s tough because Huda seems intense. When you’re dealing with a girl that intense, it’s a lot. Jeremiah is going to have to stand up for himself.”
As for Alexa, she has “no regrets” about turning down Love Island USA.
“I do modeling and I have been with an agency for four years,” she said of her life today. “I am also an esthetician. I love the beauty world, skin world, aesthetics. I do influencer marketing for Fashion Nova.”
As for the man she turned down the series for, she admitted he is the person she “plans to marry.”
