LTFRB allows PUVs to operate with digital Provisional Authority

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Sunday announced that it is allowing public utility vehicles (PUV) to operate once its provisional authority (PA) is posted in the agency’s online verifier.
